REFUND POLICY

We aim to ensure satisfaction with every booking. Refunds may be available under the conditions below.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

  • A service provider fails to show up
  • The service delivered is significantly below standard
  • You were charged incorrectly or twice
  • The wrong service was delivered

2. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

  • Change of mind after service delivery
  • Issues beyond the provider’s control (e.g., weather, access restrictions)
  • Fraudulent claims without evidence

3. REFUND PROCESS

  1. Contact support at support@onhandi.com
  2. Include booking ID and reason for refund
  3. Provide any evidence (photos, communication, etc.)

Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at checkout.

4. REFUND TIMELINE

Refunds are processed within 2–7 business days, depending on the payment partner.

5. CHANGES TO REFUND POLICY

CHATPROXI CORP may update this policy without prior notice.
